All of the data for the Level Up app is stored locally on the device the app is downloaded on.

None of the data used in the Level Up app includes personally identifiable information, unless the user inputs that data into the app themselves.

All of the data saved for the Level Up app is used solely within the app.

Saved data for the app can be deleted by uninstalling the app. Unless a backup is created, there is no way to recover the data after uninstalling the app.
